Why this site exists

NOUN's own site (nou.edu.ng) carries the fee schedule as a scanned PDF from December 2022 with no newer version we could find, an Admission Requirements page that returns empty, and — at the time we checked — footer links to unrelated betting sites injected into some pages. None of that is a reason to avoid NOUN; it's a reason to have one place that reads the official documents carefully and says plainly what is and isn't confirmed.
